Hmm... I think I'll ask around the next time I'm there. I didn't see a station that was monitoring anything like that there. Unless they depend on that pillar to do the job for them... but what if it breaks or someone burns the place down? Would Johto be destroyed? That can't happen! They gotta reinforce that tower, asap!
