Journal Entry # 3 [Video]

[There's a Dipper on the screen who is trying not to look sad, and he's much more subdued than the past few videos. He seems to be on the outside of the Ruins of Alph. His Pokémon are seen trying to comfort a Xatu, who just.... is staring at the screen behind Dipper. Welcome to the party, Hitchcock.]

So my Grunkle Stan is gone. He wasn't there this morning when I woke up. I don't know if anyone will even miss him, but if you got any of his Pokémon... go ahead and keep them. I don't think I can take care of them all on my own. He left me with Misery.

[Which, for those who don't know the Persian, might sound like he's been left with literal misery.]

I'm gonna be at the Ruins of Alph for a while. If anyone wants to join me, let me know? Just going to explore it some more.

[The screen turns off. This boy needs some cheering up, or just a friend to come hang out with him.]

[All Dipper can do is nod and wait. What was going on? Wait, York wasn't really planning on coming out here? Wasn't he an adult with a job? And unlike his Grunkle Stan, it was a completely legitimate and legal in all ways job?

He blinks at moment at the question before nodding.]

Yeah, I need more supplies for camping. They've got the best stuff there!
