There isn't anything in this book about 'Pokémon'! Or how a sheep can produce electricity! That mom lady must have been a shape-shifter who didn't look anything like my mom... and that professor makes McGucket look sane...

What if she's waiting for just the right person before she snaps? Shouldn't someone stay here just in case that happens?

Well since we have Pokemon to fight her if it comes to that, I don't think we should worry if she oes snap.

Frankly I'm not entirely convinced that anyone who isn't a "new arrival" are actually "alive", if you get my drift.

If there's a killer robot on the loose, I don't think anyone will really care if you're "cheating" or not.

Maybe a weird glitch or possibly someone made an invention that lets you go inside of a video game and it went awry.

If this is a video game, it's a pretty convincing one. We're not pixelated at all.

I admit I'm not much of a gamer, but I have heard that graphics have become pretty convincing nowadays.

Gravity Falls only has Arcade games in town. The graphics aren't very high tech on those.

No. It's just where I'm staying for summer vacation.

[Although... Perry couldn't say that he's really surprised that he's never heard of this place, since it's not like he has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the towns ever, even assuming that Gravity Falls exists in his world.]

Still it sounds like it's quite an adjustment to come from summer to late fall.
